We work hard to ensure our sizes are 'true to size'; however, if you’re not sure which size to go for, whip out a measuring tape! Measurements below are for standard activewear.

All measurements are 1/2 measurements, from one side of her body to the other - not all the way around.
CHEST: Measure the half circumference at the fullest part of her bust.
WAIST: Measure the half circumference at the narrowest part of her waistline (generally around the belly button).
HIP: Measure the half circumference at the fullest part of her hips.

In crops, shorts, leggings, etc. if she's in between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger of the two.
